- 1 cup dry, old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/2 creamy peanut butter

- 2/3 cup chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 T chia seeds or sub protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Mix together, chill for 30 minutes, roll into balls, store in airtight container
